Southampton have decided not to appeal against the red card shown to defender Ryan Bertrand in their 1-0 home defeat to Swansea on Sunday. Saints boss Ronald Koeman said after the game he did not think the challenge merited a straight red card.

But the club will not contest the decision and he will now serve a three-match suspension.
