Southampton are chasing Barcelona striker Paco Alcacer.

The Mirror says Saints boss Mark Hughes wants to sign Barcelona striker Alcacer who is ready to move on after struggling for first-team chances with the Spanish giants.

Alcacer netted 29 times in two seasons with Valencia before making a £30million move to Barca in 2016.

This season he appeared only 23 times in all competitions, scoring seven goals.

Alcacer has also been linked with West Ham.
