Southampton, Burnley battle for Bolton fullback Robinson

Southampton and Burnley are chasing Bolton Wanderers fullback Paul Robinson.

The Mirror says Robinson is being chased by Championship rivals ­Southampton and Burnley.

Experienced Robinson is available for a loan deal until the end of the season after finding himself down the pecking order at the Reebok Stadium.

Left-back Robinson, who is out of contract in the summer, has made 77 appearances for Bolton since joining them from West Brom in 2009.
