Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino says he wants Vegard Forren to stay.

Forren turned down a loan return to Molde last month.

"He is training with us and we're seeing how he evolves during the practice sessions," the manager told saintsfc.co.uk.

"We'll see what happens with him and the rest of the players during these early days."
