Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino admits defeat to Tottenham gave him a sleepless night.
The Argentine takes his team to Cardiff City today looking for a return to winning ways.
He said: "I had trouble sleeping on Sunday.
"I was trying to digest the defeat, a very tough defeat, but we have to focus on the game ahead now.
"I think there are many factors for our recent form.
"The calendar has meant we have faced some of the toughest teams in this league.
"When we have a fully fit team we are very solid but we haven't been able to have that for a number of reasons.
"We have to keep working and believing as a team. We have had a run of seven games without losing when we were looking up and now it is the opposite."
