Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino insists his lack of English won't be a problem.

Most of the communication with the playing staff has so far been undertaken by assistant manager Jesus Perez, but Pochettino does not believe the language barrier is a problem.

"Jesus speaks good English, he's very qualified for the position," he said. "Sometimes the language of football is more 'gestural' than vocal."
