Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino says he's had no break this summer holiday.

The Argentine says recruitment has formed just part of his agenda over the past four weeks as he gets set for his first full campaign in charge at St Mary's.

"It's a very important time - it's no holiday," Pochettino told Saints Player.

"This is a time to work hard because we're setting the objectives for next season.

"[We] work all day, because - not only for us, but for all of the team - this time is very important for the future of the Club and for the next season."
