Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is happy to shake hands with Reading counterpart Nigel Adkins this weekend.
Pochettino succeeded Adkins as manager at St Mary's.
Argie Pochettino said: "I have no problem with Nigel Adkins.
"I have full respect for him and for what he achieved at Southampton."
