Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is delighted with Jay Rodriguez's form.

The striker struck in the win over Reading.

"He has scored in the last three games but it is not just the goals," Pochettino said.

"He provides a lot of other things that we ask him to do especially well so we're really pleased with him."
