Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is confident of keeping hold of Gaston Ramirez.

Fiorentina and Inter Milan are said to be keen on Ramirez but Pochettino is unfazed about talk of an exit.

"It's normal for him to be associated with the big teams," said the Saints boss.

"He is a player who is young and strong and he can still improve. I followed him at Bologna, where he played well.

"Here, he is proving himself. A great player plays well in any country."
