Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is backing Dani Osvaldo to go on a goalscoring run.
The Italy international scored his first for the club in victory over Crystal Palace.
Pochettino said: “I think Dani has to adapt more than anything to English football. It’s very different from the Spanish league.
“Especially for strikers to play in the Premier League is the hardest competition to play in and so he has to adapt to this new league.
“This for me is the best league – the tempo, the rhythm of the Premier League is the best in the world, even better than the Spanish, the French or the Italian league.
“I think he has to work to actually adapt himself to this new league he is playing in and this new competitiveness he is finding.”
