Southampton manager Mauricio Pellegrino has hailed West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis for his achievements in the English game.
While not everyone may be a fan of his teams' style of play, Pulis has certainly achieved a lot during his time as a manager in the Premier League and ahead of the battle against the 59-year-old this weekend, Pellegrino has hailed the West Bromwich Albion manager.
"It is a manager with a lot of experience," said Pellegrino of Pulis ahead of the game between Saints and West Brom at St Mary's.
"I remember him when he was with Stoke when I was at Liverpool many years ago and he built a lot of teams from zero and transformed them to be really competitive. He's really clever for me.
"The reputation for this manager and to be a lot of years in the Premier League you need capacity, personality and talent. I respect him and his job."
