Southampton boss Ronald Koeman will hand Steve Caulker a chance in tonight's Capital One Cup tie with Liverpool.

Caulker is set to step in for the injured Jose Fonte.

Koeman said: “Jose Fonte is not available.

“We have good hope that he will be fit for the Saturday game. That is a good option.
