Southampton boss Ronald Koeman is again being linked with the Holland job.

Guus Hiddink resigned as Oranje coach yesterday.

Former Barcelona star Ronald de Boer insists Koeman should've been given the job last year.

"When you see what he has already done in his coaching career. He's a winner, he would have lifted everyone in the squad," De Boer said of Koeman.

"And it's not like he did not want the job, hey? He really wanted it!"
