Southampton boss Ronald Koeman is happy to see Sadio Mane off the mark.
Mane hit the winner against Stoke City on Saturday after being denied a goal in their rout of Sunderland.
"He wasn't (upset)," said Koeman of having to break the news to Mane.
"I heard it yesterday and I explained to Mane and his reaction was 'OK' and maybe that was the reason to come to the bench and to say 'this one they will not take it away again.'
"He had a great performance - he's fast, he's a good player but his defending attitude is important for the team."
