Southampton boss George Burley has admitted that he would be interested in becoming the next Scotland manager.
Since Alex McLeish's departure for Birmingham in November, a number of high-profile names have been linked with the vacancy.
And Burley, whose Southampton side are currently 14th in the Championship, has confirmed his interest in the position.
"About 500 people have been linked with the job," he said in the Daily Record.
"If you have a Scottish accent you've got a chance.
"But any opportunity to manage the national team is something I'd be interested in."
