The Daily Mail is reporting that Southampton and Celtic have agreed a £10million fee for Victor Wanyama.
The powerhouse Kenyan midfielder is currently in demand with a number of Premier League clubs showing considerable interest including Arsenal and Liverpool, as well as Italy's Inter Milan.
However, it has been suggested that the Saints are looking to steal a march on their rivals by offering £10m although it is expected that further bids from elsewhere will be lodged for the impressive 21-year old.
