Sky Sportsis of the belief that new manager Mauricio Pochettino is hoping to bring in the 26-year old Argentine who is desperate for a move to England.
Biglia, who has previously attracted interest from Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle United, is reported to be on strike at Anderlecht as he seeks to secure a dream move to the Premier League where he could link up with fellow countryman Pochettino.
