Southampton are battling Liverpool and Tottenham for Birmingham City goalkeeper Jack Butland.

The People says there are FOUR major clubs making moves for him, with Manchester City, Tottenham and Southampton all in the running alongside Liverpool.

Southampton may steal him away from the three Premier League giants.

The top-flight new boys have been on Butland's trail all summer and are prepared to pay £8m for him. They could also offer him the best chance of first-team action.
