South Korea's FA insist Tottenham striker Heung-min Son is fully fit.
Last week, Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino was cautious about the idea of Son's departure for international duty.
He said: “It's a very long way to travel. Now it's a matter for us to speak with him and his national team. We need to arrive at the best deal for him, his national team and us."
But South Korea coach Uli Stielike, a World Cup finalist with Germany in 1982, insists there were no problems about calling Son into his squad.
He said: “If Heung-min Son wasn't 100 per cent recovered his club team would have said something to us.
“Both the national team and his club team are monitoring his condition. I wouldn't have picked Heung-min Son if I didn't think he couldn't play against Myanmar."
