Stoke City are showing considerable interest in FC Copenhagen young gun Andreas Cornelius.
Potters goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has revealed that his club are looking closely at the towering 20-year old Denmark international who has netted 17 goals so far this season.
"There is definitely interest for Cornelius from Stoke," Sorenseon told sporten.dk.
"This is not the first time that I have been consulted about Danish players and I've told them that he is a special talent and that he has done well in Denmark.
"I said that he would be worth a look and they have done that. Now it is up to the club to decide whether he is the right fit for them and to discover if he would be interested."
He added: "As a young player it is important to play every game and I'm sure Cornelius will factor that into his final decision.
"He does have the right build for Premier League football and I sense that he has the right attitude. Only time will tell if he ends up at Stoke."
