Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has hailed the tactical nous of manager Tony Pulis after their victory over Arsenal.
"We need to play to our strengths and we had a game plan to test them. We set ourselves the target of being hard to beat and we set them a challenge.
"The way Arsenal play football is great to watch, but if you get into them and get balls into the box, can they handle it? They showed here that they weren't ready for it.
"You can say it is simple, but it worked. I thought we were tremendous, especially in the first half. In the second half, we sat back a little bit, but they didn't create that much.
"I was disappointed with their goal, from two deflections at the end, but I can live with that."
