Song: Arsenal have learned from Man Utd defeat

Arsenal midfielder Alex Song insists there will not be a repeat of the performance in defeat against Manchester United at Chelsea today.

Song made his return from African Nations Cup duty against United and the Cameroon international, who had impressed in the holding role alongside captain Cesc Fabregas, maintains the players are determined to show their true potential.

"Manchester United was very disappointing. We did not manage the game very well. We have learned, and just have to keep going," Song told Arsenal TV Online.

"We know the Chelsea game is the last chance we have, and we do not want to miss it.

"You can see in training that everyone wants to do their best, and that is positive ahead of the game at Chelsea.

"We will give everything and then no-one can have any regrets at the end of the season."

Song added: "We have learned from the Manchester United game, and we all know now what the boss wants us to do.

"If we missed something, we have to learn and improve for the next game - we are ready for the fight."
