Son of Shahid Khan having bigger say at Fulham

The son of Fulham owner Shahid Khan is having a growing interest on the running of the club.

The Mail on Sunday says Fulham say the decision to hire Felix Magath after Rene Meulensteen's 75 days and 17 games in charge was taken by owner Shahid Khan and chief executive Alistair Mackintosh.

But senior sources at Fulham say that Khan's son, Tony, is taking an increasing interest.

Khan junior is not on the Fulham board but has been involved with his father in discussions over the future of the club and it is understood that he approved of the club-record £11million signing of Konstantinos Mitroglou on transfer deadline day.
