The son of Manchester City hero Shaun Wright-Phillips has made the England U16 squad.
D'Margio Wright-Phillips, the 16-year-old son of SWP, is the latest academy product to get the call from his country, being added to an England under-16 squad that already includes Tommy Doyle, grandson of City great Mike.
Wright-Phillips is one of five City youngsters in the England under-16 squad – as well as Doyle, Nathaniel Ogbeta, Bobby Duncan and Pascal Kpohmouh – in the squad called up for the Montaigu Tournament to be staged in France next month.
Shaun Wright-Phillips is currently playing in the US with Phoenix Rising.
