Tom Ince is well aware he has to remain patient in order to get a regular starting spot with Blackpool.
The son of former Manchester United and Paul Ince came off the bench to score twice as the Seasiders came from behind to defeat Doncaster Rovers 2-1 in the Championship last night but he knows that he can't get carried away with his match-winning performance.
"I've enjoyed every single minute of it, I'm still only 19 and there are a lot of quality players in the squad," said the forward who joined Blackpool from Liverpool in the summer.
"But I've got to be patient and wait for my time.
"If I can keep coming on it could earn me a start. But the gaffer picks the players he thinks can win the game.
"I'm happy to keep playing, whatever game time I get. I'm still young and still learning but scoring a couple of goals has given me a huge confidence boost."
