Bolton defender Tim Ream admits he sometimes stops to think about where he has ended up in his football career.
The 24-year old centre-back joined the Premier League club in January from New York Red Bull and has since made 12 appearances in England's top flight.
Ream admits to at times thinking about his $4million transfer to the Trotters and revealing that it is something he finds a touch scary.
"I don't think about it quite as much anymore, but I was really in shock when I heard about the number that was put out there.
"Sometimes, I do think, 'am I really worth that much'? That's part of how I was raised.
"There's always someone better, always someone stronger, and always someone coming behind you.
"Do I think I'm worth that much? Probably not, but that's the price that was paid, so now I have to kind of live up to that.""Strange to be honest with you. To see that kind of money being transferred
it still kind of blows my mind really," he said in an interview with Missouri Sports Magazine.
