Cardiff City boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hailed the courage of Craig Noone for their draw with Aston Villa.

Cardiff City boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hailed the courage of Craig Noone for their draw with Aston Villa.

Solskjaer wasn’t keen to go into details, but he had an ankle/foot heavily strapped before he went out.

“Craig was outstanding,” said the Bluebirds boss. “He has had some issues and we’ll see how he reacts to the Villa game.

“He was strapped up, but had a fantastic impact both ways. Craig did a graveyard shift, the typical wide-man’s role. He was fantastic.”
