Roberto Soldado has agreed to stick it out with Real Madrid until January.

The striker could have quit Real before Friday's transfer deadline, but agreed with management to wait and see if his first team chances improved before making a decision on his future for the winter market.

Soldado is desperate to play in next year's European Championships, but knows he must be featuring regularly to win a return to the Spain squad.
