Roberto Soldado is excited about his move to Tottenham.
Soldado, who has agreed a £26million move to White Hart Lane, says Andre Villas-Boas sold him a vision of turning Spurs into a European superpower.
The Spain striker, who has agreed a four-year contract with a one-year option at the north Londoners, said: "It was a unique offer and the best offer I have received.
"It has always been about a new sporting challenge rather than the money.
"I spoke to Andre Villas-Boas and he convinced me to move for the new project. He is building a new and exciting project and reaching the Champions League will be an obligation.
"The Premier League has always interested me - I watched the matches on TV and played against English clubs in European competition.
"This is a sensational challenge for me. I promise the fans hard work and I hope they will give me their full support in return."
