Sol Campbell walks out Notts County

Former England defender Sol Campbell has walked out on League Two club Notts County after just one appearance.

The ex-Tottenham, Arsenal and Portsmouth star has asked the club to terminate his five-year, £10million contract after spending most of his time at the club on the bench or on the sidelines.

In a dramatic move, the 35-year old has been released from his deal and has said goodbye to his teammates after just three weeks in Nottingham.

Seriously!?
how can he say that? he said in the interview with Ian Mcparland that he's not match fit so when he is he will play most of the time, so when he does get to play after getting match fit he leaves? abit wierd if you ask me, something mores going on then not playing often eneogh.

It's doing the rounds now and this is a rehash of a rehash etc.... we'll see in the morning. First appeared in the Daily Mail, then the Sun and the Times got it etc.

Source? Or have you made it up?
