Arsenal legend Sol Campbell believes missing Champions League qualification can work in the club's favour.
The sixth-placed Gunners, who are four points behind Manchester City in fourth, are facing up to top four failure this season.
"It's not the end of the world if it does happen," Campbell told the Daily Mail.
"There's always an end to the cycle. I think it could rejuvenate the club and make a lot of people take stock.
"I think it could make (those in charge) be more critical and come up with the right answers."
