The Socceroos have dropped to 29th on the FIFA world rankings. Last month, the Australian national team was at its highest ever rating of 28th but have dropped back one spot, mainly due to a lack of international action.

Their last match was a 1-0 victory over Bahrain in November.

The Socceroos is the highest of all the teams in the Asia region.
