Former Everton title winner Ian Snodin believes Leighton Baines won't push for a January move to Manchester United.
Snodin wrote in the Liverpool Echo: "If he carries on like this there is bound to be more speculation linking him with a move away in January, but I saw a happy player on Saturday.
"If you are happy as a player then moving isn't your priority, and the watching Roy Hodgson won't need any reminding that he has got to make Leighton his first choice left-back for England ahead of the World Cup next year.
"I'm delighted Bainesy is still here and able to play at that level so consistently."
