Robert Snodgrass says Norwich City players must take responsibility for their lack of goals this season.
Snodgrass insists the Norwich squad are desperate to ease the pressure on manager Chris Hughton.
"I think you guys will know there had been pressure on the manager, and he would say that himself," said Snodgrass.
"But the boys had to take a great deal of that as well because we'd not been putting the ball in the back of the net after 30 chances.
"It's up to us to look at ourselves and more on the training ground to try to put that right, because as soon as you cross that white line your biggest aim is to try and better the opponent that's in front of you. That's it. The manager can't wave a magic wand and try to make everything right. It doesn't work like that."
