Wesley Sneijder is convinced Real Madrid can make it three consecutive Liga championships next season - and win the Champions League.

The Dutch midfielder said: "For me, it was a good season. Next year we can win the league and the Champions League. We have the team to do so. We have gone through bad moments but we have played a good campaign."

On his first season in Spain, Sneijder added: "After five seasons at Ajax, I wanted to go to the best league in the world. I think I've been very lucky for having signed with Real Madrid. All young players from the Netherlands are working to get here someday."
