Former Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder has sung the praises of Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.
Now with Al-Gharafa, Sneijder admits he is considering a move into coaching.
The 34 year-old said: "For me, a good trainer is someone who can manage his squad in such a way that 25 players go through the fire for him as soon as they get the chance.
"Then you have taken the most important step as a coach. José Mourinho can do that like no other. Of course, tactical insight, practice material and physiological knowledge are also important, but if he is good, it will also come from the rest of the staff."
