Inter Milan goal scorer Wesley Sneijder was delighted with victory over Sampdoria.

Sneijder and Samuel Eto'o gave Inter a 2-0 win.

"It was a very important win, in fact the most important victory for us, as we had to make up for the defeat against Bayern Munich," said the Dutchman.

"We played well right from the start, keeping a logical outlook and in the end deserved all three points."
