Inter Milan ace Wesley Sneijder is back on the agenda for Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
The Daily Star says the clinching factor in Wayne Rooney deciding to pledge his future to Old Trafford was a promise from the Glazers that Fergie would be given the funds he wanted to make at least two big-name signings before next season.
Top of Fergie's list are Inter Milan's Dutch ace Wesley Sneijder and Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko.
