Wesley Sneijder is determined to fight back from his injury problems at Inter Milan.

Tests have confirmed he's suffered a second-degree tear in the left thigh muscle, an injury that will keep him out for around a month.

It'll rule Sneijder out of the Milan derby, among other important matches.

"I will work hard to get back soon and even stronger!!! Thanks for all the support!!! Appreciate that..." he wrote on his Twitter feed.
