Wesley Sneijder has broken club rules by tweeting that he won't feature for Inter Milan tonight.

Sneijder had been told to stop posting on his Twitter account after breaking the rules on communication last month.

"For those who asked if I am called up for tomorrow, no I am not called up!!!" he wrote in Italian.

"Merry Christmas to all the Dutch out there..." he added in Dutch.
