Manchester United defender Chris Smalling has no doubts the current squad are capable of winning titles.
He gets his guidance from the men alongside him on the training ground, plus the history books that are littered with Manchester United successes.
"United have won trophies under Sir Alex virtually since the day he came here," said Smalling. "He has assembled a squad I am sure are capable of continuing that trend.
"Even when we are playing little boxes in training, the competition is high and everyone is really enjoying their football.
"Everyone here expects to pick up at least two medals every year.
"That is the goal for a club of this stature and shows everyone what we need to do.
"With the players we have, I am sure we are capable of that.
"Who knows how many games I will end up playing this season? I just want to contribute in any way I can."
