Martin Skrtel is delighted with Liverpool's capture of former Aston Villa winger Stewart Downing.
The defender is pleased with the new signings that have been brought to Anfield during the summer and he is especially looking forward to teaming up with the Reds' latest recruit, Downing.
He told liverpoolfc.tv: "The players we have signed are all top quality and they will bring a lot to this team.
"I remember Stewart Downing when he played for Middlesbrough and he has always been a great player. He can provide us with a lot of goals and he has a great delivery from the wide areas."
