Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel says offers have arrived for his transfer.

The Telegraph says it had seemed Skrtel would be remaining on Merseyside until the comments published in an interview in his own country.

"There have been a number of offers, but without Liverpool's permission nothing can move forward," said Skrtel.
