SKC's Dwyer nets four as Orlando City take out USL PRO title

Dom Dwyer was the star of the show as Orlando City took out the 2013 USL PRO championship on Saturday night.

The 23-year old forward, who is on loan from Sporting Kansas City, scored four goals as the Lions defeated Charlotte Eagles 7-4 in a remarkable final at the Florida Citrus Bowl.

Close to 21,000 fans turned up to see Orlando take the honours with much help from Dwyer who hit the back of the net in the 33rd, 42nd, 61st and 69th minutes to make it 19 goals in 14 outings for the club this season.

The Lions finished second on the league table after the regular season before going on a powerful scoring run in the playoffs by beating Pittsburgh Riverhounds 5-0 in the quarters, Charleston Battery 3-2 in the semis and then firing seven past the Eagles in the final.
