Momo Sissoko is regarded by many in Turin as the best signing Juventus have made this season.
The former Liverpool man was outstanding in Sunday's defeat at Palermo and revealed former Juve midfielder Patrick Vieira, now of Inter Milan, convinced him about moving to Italy.
Sissoko said: "I cannot boast his experience. Certainly, Patrick has influenced my decision to come to Turin and gave me a lot of advice. He even did this, along with compliments, just after we took the three points from Inter Milan."
Asked about Amauri's two-goal performance on Sunday, Sissoko added: "He was superb on Sunday. He's a classy attacker. If he comes, he would be a great reinforcement. But my job is to play, not to plan new signings."
