Former Liverpool midfielder Momo Sissoko has compared the weekend 'Derby of Italy' to playing against Manchester United.

The Juventus star has been an integral part of the bianconeri's recent run of great form and he is looking forward to taking on Serie A leaders and reigning champions Inter Milan this weekend.

Sissoko told the Juventus website: "I am more excited about this game than last year because we are right up there challenging this season and it will be a special derby.

"I played for Liverpool against Manchester United and that game had a different level of importance compared to the battle against Everton.

"It's the same thing in Italy and I am more excited about playing Inter than Torino.

"We are going into the game with a positive attitude and everyone is fired up. I think we want this more and that will make a difference."
