Momo Sissoko admits Juventus training has changed under new coach Ciro Ferrara.
The former Liverpool midfielder said: "[Claudio] Ranieri did the work he had to, but the truth is that now we are pushed a bit harder. In training we work more on athleticism and strength. This makes the difference between December and April, the key months of the season.
"The 4-2-3-1 would be a new system for me, as I played 4-4-2 at both Valencia and Liverpool, but I'll get used to it. It will be even easier with Felipe Melo by my side."
