Moussa Sissoko insists Georges-Kevin Nkoudou is making good progress at Tottenham.
Nkoudou joined Spurs last summer from Marseille, but has battled to win over manager Mauricio Pochettino.
However, Sissoko is confident his fellow Frenchman can find his place in Pochettino's plans.
He told Foot Mercato: "We do not hear much about Georges-Kevin, but he's fine. He works every day. He's a young player. Like for me, his first year here was not obvious.
"But he is someone who never gives up anything. Little by little, the coach gives him playing time. He takes him in for a few minutes. I am here to help him and to support him. He feels good about the team. I hope that this year he will have a lot more playing time and that he will have the chance to flourish on the field.
"He is happy, he continues to work quietly."
