Moussa Sissoko is confident Newcastle United won't fall back into the relegation battle this season.

Even though he wouldn't go so far as to predict a return to the top five, the France midfielder is confident of a strong finish in May.

The 24-year-old said: "If we work hard every week, I think when the season finishes we could be in the top seven or eight."
